The South Hingham Legal Building, established in 2006, is owned and managed by Pushing Fifty, LLC. The Principals of Pushing Fifty are Steven Kellem and David Kellem. The goal of the Principals was to build a modern, professional home for Kellem and Kellem, LLP and a collegial shared-use office environment for complementary, highly skilled law practices.
The South Hingham Legal Building is conveniently located one mile from Route 3, Exit 15. Our neighbors include the Derby Shoppes, the Pilgrim Skating Rink, and the Queen Ann Nursing Home. We are located approximately 20 miles from Downtown Boston, 9 miles from the South Shore Plaza, 19 miles from the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court, 13 miles from the Brockton court houses, and 25 miles from Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.
The Building includes 2000 square feet of storage space and 6000 square feet of office space on three levels. Common areas utilized by tenants include a Reception/Waiting area, two Conference rooms, a lunch room/kitchenette, storage space, and shower facilities. Tenant services include T1 line (internet and phone), copy machines, and cleaning and trash removal.
Area businesses which support legal practices include Weston Reprographics, the Rockland satellite office of the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, many banking, brokerage and financial services companies, and of course, Starbucks.
